To support the venue’s intense operational needs, we created a custom-made, state-of-the-art stainless steel system.
The focal point of the project is a robust, high-performance GICO brand cooking island, equipped with griddles, gas burners, and integrated fryers, entirely topped by a powerful industrial extractor hood system.
The technical setup was completed by inserting premium Coldline refrigerated counters for the perfect preservation of raw materials, and an efficient, spacious washing area equipped with a hood-type dishwasher.
The final result is a highly aesthetically pleasing work environment, designed to optimize the kitchen brigade’s workflow while guaranteeing maximum hygiene, efficiency, and long-lasting durability.
